The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from Penn Station and Times Square, with plenty of nearby dining options. My room on the 13th floor was peaceful, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. The staff promptly responded to requests for room maintenance. The amenities were top-notch, including a gym and quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Stepping into this hotel felt like stepping into a friend's cozy place. the staff here were not just friendly, but they accommodated my every request with a smile. the room was spotless and had everything I needed. What impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness of having a shallow bath for easy shower access for those with mobility issues. I appreciated being close to good delis for snacks and essentials. And let's not forget the tight security, making me feel safe at all times.

Although my stay was fantastic, there were a few things that could be improved upon. the cleaning staff's behavior was a bit off-putting, and the room cleaning schedule was inconvenient.

My 3 nights in New York City were pleasant. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with really comfy bed, TV and fridge as expected.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was fine. The room was soundproof and non-smoking, liked comfortable bed. The restaurant was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fashionable bathroom, friendly staff. James, the door guy, had a great smile and sense of style. Nearby Macy's, KMart, and Target. Enjoyed Greek cafe Fournos. Would highly recommend Courtyard.

Despite these setbacks, the spacious and clean rooms make the hotel a decent choice.

The staff was super chill and helped us book tickets to see a Broadway show and visit the Empire State Building. The location was lit - we were close to Times Square and Central Park. Plus, the room was dope with a sick view of the city!

The only thing I'd ask for is a cooler hangout space for young folks. Maybe a rooftop bar or a hip lounge to kick it after a long day of exploring the city!
